Google Page Rank Update 29th April 2008

Owh.. Google Page Rank Update is on the way. This is the 2nd page rank update in 2008. I seriously cannot believe the update is so soon. My blog’s Page Rank have been jumping up and down like no one’s business. Now it has decreased to PR2 but not a big problem because i knew the update is still going on probably for the whole week. Amazingly, my blog’s daily traffic had a sudden increase. I was so surprised to see it. This might be a good or bad sign for the blog. Its ok, I will wait and see what will happen in the next few days. Hopefully its a good news

Slax is a modern, portable, small and fast Linux operating system with a modular approach and outstanding design. I recently installed this mini sized LinuxOS on my Windows Operating System. This version of operating is so simple and fast. You can simply customized it to suit your needs. You can easily add new softwares by using their modules system. All the software are packed in separate modules.

You can use Slax on a USB Pendrive, flash drive, CD, DVD, or HDD. You can also use it with VMWare Player or QEmu. I will show you guys more on how to setup and configure Slax operating system in my next post. I will teach you how to save your settings from your LiveCD.

Google Adwords Quality Score

Do you actually know how Adwords works?

Google Adwords uses an auction system for their advertisers to bid on the keywords they desire. What is jusched.exe

Jusched.exe is a process of Java Update scheduler. This process uses up the memory all the time just to check for new Java updates. This jusched.exe is scheduled to check for updates every month. There is no reason why it should be running all the time in the background without doing anything. If you simply do not like it, you can disable it at anytime.

How to disable jusched.exe?

Open Control Panel -> click on the Java icon or in Vista you can click on Additional Options then click on Java.

From the Java Control Panel -> Update tab -> uncheck the box for “Check for Updates Automatically”

Repair Random Computer Freezing and Rebooting

This is a solution to fix most of the common computer freezes and reboot at random intervals.
This guide works perfectly for Windows 98/XP/NT/Vista.

Solution:
Update your Windows Operating System. Install the latest service packs to fix all serious and minor errors in operating system.

Update all device drivers for all your hardware and chipsets. Driver issues, especially for video drivers, are a common cause of system crashes.

Scan for viruses, malware, spyware. Download spyware doctor to remove all unwanted spywares and malware.

Remove all PCI cards & plugs and put them back.

Test your RAM for bad and damaged RAM.

Try to recall any changes you have made to your system. New hardware or software will sometimes cause conflicts, creating problems where none previously existed. If you begin having issues and can pinpoint their occurrences to a time immediately after a change was made to your system, the new hardware/software may be the problem.
