Block Spam and Organize Email With Gmail

Having problem blocking and filtering spam in your mailbox? Gmail is the probably the best online email client because it can block almost all incoming spam. Gmail is very good in filtering spam mails to your junk folder.

How to filter and organize your emails easily?

You can do it by simply placing a “+” sign after your account name and add keywords to label that email address.

For example, you can simply change your email to youremailname+Ebay@gmail.com when signing up at Ebay.com. Create a filter and have it automatically labeled as Ebay. For other untrusted website that you subscribed, you may do something like this in case they give your email address to third parties. Sometimes this method might not work because + sign is not a common symbol for a email address but you can try it out.
