Google Paid Links Penalty
Google in October 2007 started penalizing paid links. Google wants webmasters to identify paid ads by adding the “rel=nofollow” attribute to its outgoing links. Google will devalue all website with unrelevant or paid outgoing links. Google is penalizing those websites that misuse thier PageRank.
