Office 2003: A Runtime Error has occurred. Do you wish to debug?

Most annoying error message in Microsoft Office 2003 “A Runtime Error has occurred. Do you wish to debug?
Line: XX. Error: YY.”
After installing Microsoft Office System 2003, your Office applications work fine but every time you use Internet Explorer to visit a Web site you notice a message like the one above, keep asking you to debug a runtime error. (The error occurs in a script contained in the Web page you’re viewing.
Here is the solution to fix it
Microsoft Office 2003 installation sometimes enables Internet Explorer’s script debugging and then forgets to disable it. You can simply turn this option off manually in the Internet Explorer menu choose Tools and Internet Options and click the Advanced tab. In the Settings list, under Browsing, check Disable Script Debugging and
uncheck Display A Notification About Every Script Error. Then click OK.
The annoying messages should disappear now.
