There is a fake system process file running in the background and using up all the memory. The path of the fake process is “c:\windows\config\lssas.exe”. Originally the full path of the file should be “c:\windows\system32\lssas.exe”. For your information, this is a serious spyware/rootkit and it is spreading all around the internet through P2P. You can simply remove the entire folder “c:\windows\config”. Originally this folder does not exist. After you restart your PC, when booting up Windows XP, you will get an annoying message saying “Windows cannot find ‘C:\WINDOWS\Config\Isass.exe.’ Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. to search for a file, click the Start button and then click search.” The spyware has modified your explorer’s shell extension in system.ini. Simply go and download hijackthis.exe to fix the problem.
