The reason you get a -950 penalty from google is beacause of massive spamming of keywords in your webpage.

The main keyword that you are focusing on seo is repeated too many times. Therefore it will alerted and penalize for being spammy. To prevent from the -950 penalty, you must use your keyword properly.

First of all, you must make sure your keyword does not go over 4%, if not it will be considered spam for google and you will be penalize for it.

Please do not repeat too many the same keyword.
