How Google Adsense Tracks For Click Fraud?
You must be wondering how google can tracks all invalid clicks from your website. Google has its own algorithm to analyst for invalid clicks and click frauds from your website. Anything is possible to trigger the red flag for generating invalid clicks.
Why do google do this? They wants to terminate all user who attempt for click fraud. This is to protect their advertisers.
Please remember never attempt to cheat google.
Google is always smarter than you.
Some of the method that Google uses to track for invalid clicks.
1. IP Address
If those clicks on your ads are originated from the same IP Address as the one used for accessing your AdSense account, your account is flagged.
2. Click Through Rate (CTR)
Normally, CTR should not exceed 10%. Otherwise, Google will flag your account. For your information, normal CTR should ranges from 0.5% - 10%.
3. Physical Location
Google has good tracing software and technology. They can trace traffics origin down to the small town. So, using different computers with different IP address does not secure anything. So, don’t try to click your ads in various internet cafes.
4. Cookies
Most home users do not use static IP Address for Internet connection. In most cases just disconnect and reconnect will give you a new IP Address. But don’t forget, Google has set cookies on your computer. They can trace these cookies and see whether they originate from the same computer.
5. Click Pattern 1
It is also suspicious when people click on their clicks and then run away immediately (hit-and-run). But normally, people will surf for a while inside your pages and then click on the ads they want.
6. Click Pattern 2
Why this computer / IP address / person is so trigger-click-happy on this particular website but never click on the ads on other sites?
7. Click Pattern 3
Why is it that people accessing these sites direct (type-in URL or from bookmark) tend to be very active in clicking the ads compared with those referred from search engine or other sites?
8.Other Google Services
Apart from Google Adsense, Google also provide a series of services to us. Don’t just think that it is safe if you do not log in your adsense account and click on your ads. What other Google services do they provide to us? Here are some: Gmail (most poeple are using it), Google Earth, Google Calendar, Google Search, Google Toolbar, Google Talk, Google Sitemap, Google Desktop, Blogger, or even Youtube

What to do if Google is not displaying relevant ads on your site?
You can try several method to solve this. First of all remember that Adsense ads are contextual based ads. Therefore it is what you write that determines the ads served to you. The main problem google is not displaying relevant ads are mostly because the problem could be the site name or the keywords used or the content or all of them together. However If you have just pasted your ads, and you have your content and keywords targeted, i would suggest that you wait for another couple of days, for the the ads to become more relevant to your content. So it is clear that, to obtain relevant ads, you should at the very first step, name your domain properly according to the main theme of your site. This will tell Google crawlers, what your site or your page is about. Make sure that you give proper names for the domain name in line with the content you propose to write.

First of all, if you wanna start making money by displaying ads, you first need to have some good amount of traffic to your website or blog.
After that, you can start considering putting some ads up to earn some money.
Remember always start with one or two ads first. The number of ads displayed is directly proportional to the amount of traffic you have on your website or blog.
Before you start putting your ads, please design a good website layout which allow you to put ads later on. Leave some blank column for your ads later.
Never be too afraid of too much ads on your website if you have the right amount of traffic to your website.
Remember the more traffic you have the more ads you can put.

Basically the more clicks you get the more you earn with Google adsense.
From my experience, more returning visitor will tend to have less CTR beacause the returning users might go familiar with the ads on your website and will search only for the info they need, avoiding clicking on ads.
What i suggest is to promote your websites more on Yahoo and MSN. Visitors coming from these SE’s are not so familiar with Google Ads, so they are more predicted to click on the ads.
What i noticed is that, if your ads are placed good and you are receiving a large number of visitors from these SE’s, 40-50% of them will click on the ads.
