Fix Desktop White Dot Bug When Using Latest ATI 8.1 Drivers

Problem:

With the install of the 8.1 drivers, There is a white dot showing on the top left corner of the desktop. This is a bug caused by ATI CCC.

Quick Solution:

Go to ATI Catalyst Control Center, disable the tray icon.

And this will fix the annoying white dot bug.

According to ATI, the bug will be fixed in the next release of the latest ATI display driver. Please refer to ATI official website for latest updates of driver.
