Delete Write Protected Files and Folders

List of error messages which occur when deleting files or folders:
Cannot delete file: Access is denied
Cannot delete Folder: It is being use by another person or program.
There has been a sharing violation.
The source or destination file may be in use.
The file is in use by another program or user.
Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.

Solution:

I used to have this problem all the time when deleting unwanted files or folder. I found a very useful free software to help me delete all write protected files and folders off my computer.
