		<description>This actually the best info I&#039;ve gotten yet... Some of the others advise was to download a program to fix the registry. My problem is that my registry did not have issues with WLM like the others... 

One thing to note... And I&#039;m on Win7 if interested but it does not make a difference..... 1. after making the changes above do a restart (solution#3 not really needed for me) a restart is needed as I was not able to do the above without a restart. 2. In the Lan Settings also uncheck the &quot;se automated configuration Script&quot; as welll... the configuration script is a JavaScript file that contains logic to determine whether to use a proxy and what proxy to use for a given target resource. (.pac) often times has issues from earlier versions of IE as well as OS&#039;s the &#039;automatic config script&#039; is utilized... It resufaces and checks it self back in the Lan Settings when corrupted. you have to regsvr32 /u ahiehelp.dll to unhinder the problem...
