Thats the way to attract more people to your blog and not just sit there and wait for miracle.

Besides that, you need to submit your RSS feed to blogrush, feedburner, google rss reader, yahoo blog search, technorati, etc.

This will gain more exposure to what you write on your blog.

Lastly you need to have more quality content on your blog. Make sure you optimize your blog for search engine like google and yahoo. This will bring you a steady traffic for long term.
