If you have problem running programs in Windows 7, you can try running them in Windows 7 compatibility mode

1. Right click on the icon
2. Select Properties
3. Click on the Compatibility tab
4. Check “Run this program in compatibility mode…”
5. Choose one of the options such as Windows XP (Service Pack 3).
