Increase SATA performance in Windows Vista
Do you know that there is an option that you can actually increase the performance on your SATA hard disk? You can simply enable this feature in Vista by enabling the write caching. So how to do it in the simple way?
Here is the solution:
1. Go to “Device Manager” under Windows Properties.
2. Right click on your SATA hard disk and select “Properties”.
4. On the “Policies” tab, tick this option “Enable Advanced Performance”.
5. Click OK and close Device Manager.
Wow. You are done now. More caching means faster reading in memory.
