Windows Vista Firewall Has Blocked My Programs

The first time you run any internet software such as Windows Live Messenger, you may have a dialog box popup and notify you with the message “Windows Firewall has blocked some features of this program.”
The dialog box will provide information and links to information on what it
means to unblock the program. To get all of the features of Windows Live
Messenger, you will need to click the Unblock button. If you feel that you need more security then click on the Keep blocking button. You can unlock it manually in windows firewall settings.
